Easy addition to nighttime routine

Takes only a few seconds to apply. Mess free. Smells good. Seems to help settle body and mind, but not potent like a NyQuil where it knocks you out and makes you groggy the next day. Not supposed to work like that but still nice to have a more mild option to settle down for sleep at night.
