Our 45-minute Guided Meditation sessions focus on using mindfulness-based techniques to navigate one's inner experience as you move throughout your week. We will use the breath as our focal point to soothe the mind and body.

    Our 45-minute long Guided Meditation sessions offer practitioners an opportunity to intimately connect with themselves by becoming acutely aware of their breath and how it travels throughout their body. Mindfulness of Breath is a foundational practice in many spiritual traditions as it seeks to stabilize the mind and focus the attention on a desired object, thus creating the appropriate mental conditions for one's intuition to manifest clearly.
