Returns Policy

Standard Dose accepts all unopened products within 30 days of purchase. In certain circumstances, opened products may be elligible for refund or store credit. Please reach out to us at contact@standarddose.com for more information.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Standard Dose purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for StandardDose.com purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Standard Dose monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point. Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy is effective as of September 13, 2019.

StandardDose.com Purchases

StandardDose.com purchases can be easily returned to our store at 1145 Broadway, New York, NY for fast processing or by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

For returns within 30 days of delivery, if you paid with a credit or debit card,
you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns post-marked more than 30days after the delivery date. 

Please be sure to request a receipt when dropping your parcel off at USPS.
This will be needed in case your return parcel is lost-in transit.

StandardDose.com Returns by Mail

♦Contact us with your name and order number and let us know you’d like to make a return. Please be sure that you have read and understood our return policy before initiating your return. If you have any questions or need clarification, please note that in your returns inquiry. 

♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Standard Dose packaging (if possible).

Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

♦ Print the prepaid return label we sent to your email and mail your return via United States Postal Service.

♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and issue a refund or an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked with the tracking number on your return label and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our customer service team.

StandardDose.com Returns to Store Location

Visit our store to return an item purchased from StandardDose.com within 30 days of purchase.

♦ Please bring your original order confirmation email with you (in print or on your mobile device) as well as the credit card you used to place your order. If you do not have the credit card used to place the order, please bring a valid ID.

Gift Returns

If you are returning a gift from Standard Dose and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please contact us to set-up the gift return and we will happily issue you a store credit for the full purchase price.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

For orders under $50, shipping cost will depend on your location and the weight of your items. Once you’re ready to make your purchase, you can input your address and see the cost to ship your order. We also offer expedited shipping, just be sure to select that option to see accurate pricing.

Shipping on subscription orders is free regardless of order total.

Your order will typically be processed in 2-3 business days, for available product. For items that are currently backordered a member of the Standard Dose team will contact you. All backordered products will ship within 1-2 business days once it becomes available.

Orders placed with 2-day shipping with be fulfilled within 1 business day.

If placed after 5pm on Friday, the order will be fulfilled the following Monday. 

You can access your account and manage your subscription by clicking "My Account" in the top right corner of our site. If you checked out without creating an account, then go to "Create an Account" under the login information fields. Create an account using the email you originally used to check out, then you will be able to access your subscription information.

Standard Dose requires signature upon delivery for shipments over a certain order value to ensure your parcel does not get lost or stolen.

At this time we only ship within the United States.
