Work one side of face at a time.
Use small eye cups for the delicate eye and lip area and the cone-shaped cups for your face, neck and décolletage.
Squeeze the air out of the silicone cup before applying it to your skin.
Place the cup over the area of concerns.
Lift and stimulate the area while maintaining suction.
You can also suction the cup to your face and use a sweeping or gliding massage stroke. Use your free hand to anchor skin behind the cup for a smoother glide and to prevent pulling on skin.
Always perform out and up motions if doing this motion.
The total workout on the face should be no more than five minutes. Use 2-3 times per week.
Wash with warm water and air dry to clean.
