Experience a hygienic and eco-friendly period with the Saalt Soft Duo Pack + Cup Wash. This kit contains the Saalt Duo Pack, a set of two menstrual cups made from either Soft or Original silicone that act as alternatives to single-use period care products. One tube of Saalt Cup Wash, a citrus-scented cleanser made without harsh chemicals or irritants, allows you to wash away odor-causing bacteria from your cups and maintain a perfect pH.

Both products have been created by Saalt, a B-Corp dedicated to diverting single-use products from landfill, funding cleanup efforts, and donating period care to those in need.

Includes: 2 menstrual cups (in either Soft or Original silicone), 1 Saalt Cup Wash.

How to Use

After cleaning and sanitizing your cup according to the directions in its package, fold the cup, wet it with water, and insert it into your vagina below your cervix. Pinch the base and rotate the cup to lock it in place. Wear for up to 12 hours.

During your cycle, remove your cup with clean hands and empty. Rinse with cold water before washing thoroughly with warm water and Saalt Cup Wash. Rinse again before re-inserting. After your cycle, rinse with cold water before washing thoroughly with warm water and Saalt Cup Wash. Wipe with a soft rag and clear the four air holes at the top. Then sanitize in boiling water for four to five minutes (but no longer than seven), using tongs to make sure the cup doesn't touch the bottom of the pot.
