Use to clean your menstrual cup during and after your cycle. During your cycle, remove your cup with clean hands and empty. Rinse with cold water before washing thoroughly with warm water and Saalt Cup Wash. Rinse again before re-inserting. After your cycle, rinse with cold water before washing thoroughly with warm water and Saalt Cup Wash. Wipe with a soft rag and clear the four air holes at the top. Then sanitize in boiling water for four to five minutes (but no longer than seven), using tongs to make sure the cup doesn't touch the bottom of the pot.
