Both decks contain 40 illustrated cards each and are packaged without plastic wrap.

Encourage your child to practice the exercises depicted in Mindful Kids Cards: Daytime deck throughout their day. At night, ask them to draw a card from the Mindful Kids Cards: Bedtime deck and follow the prompt to assist them in falling asleep peacefully.
