Take charge of your monthly cycle with the Saalt Original Cup + Wash bundle. This kit contains one Saalt Original Cup, a long-lasting menstrual cup made with slightly firmer silicone that’s ideal for first-time users. It also includes a tube of citrus-scented Saalt Cup Wash which allows you to wash away odor-causing bacteria so you can keep you and your cup clean. Ingredients

Saalt Wash: Water, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine.
Contains 1% or less of each of the following: Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Polysorbate 20, Benzyl Alcohol, Citrus Aurantium, Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hydroxide, Panthenol, Xanthan Gum, Phytic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Dehydroacetic Acid.

How to Use

After cleaning and sanitizing your cup according to the directions in its package, fold the cup, wet it with water, and insert it into your vagina below your cervix. Pinch the base and rotate the cup to lock it in place. Wear for up to 12 hours.

During your cycle, remove your cup with clean hands and empty. Rinse with cold water before washing thoroughly with warm water and Saalt Cup Wash. Rinse again before re-inserting. After your cycle, rinse with cold water before washing thoroughly with warm water and Saalt Cup Wash. Wipe with a soft rag and clear the four air holes at the top. Then sanitize in boiling water for four to five minutes (but no longer than seven), using tongs to make sure the cup doesn't touch the bottom of the pot.
