How to Use

Pick a consistent two-hour time frame to take your reading each day. Find a comfortable position and connect your kegg with the app to start your reading. Next, fully insert the ball-shaped part of the kegg inside your vagina with the tail remaining outside, facing forward. If desired, you can complete Kegel exercises before the reading starts. You’ll feel one vibration to signal that the reading has begun and two vibrations when the reading is complete. When the reading is complete, view your results on the cycle graph. You can record other fertility notes such as BBT, sexual activity, LH tests, and more.

kegg is best suited for women who are trying to get pregnant, have regular ovulatory cycles of 21-40 days in length, are off hormonal birth control or IUD and their ovulatory cycles have returned, and are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have had at least two menstrual cycles.

More hopeful now with kegg

I've been using kegg for almost a month now. Everything seems to be working as it should. My LH strips confirmed the trend I was seeing on kegg. It seemed intimidating at first, but It';s super simple and quick to test everyday. On the Facebook group I got some help interpreting my chart and feel hopeful for some good news soon. Also, There are also so many success stories on the Facebook group that it';s very encouraging.

So far so good!

Haven’t used it long but so far so good! The kegg itself as well as the app is very easy to use, the battery lasts a pretty good while, it’s very comfortable when taking a reading, and it’s so fast! I also love that you get a 2 hour window from your selected time to take your reading because let’s be real, life is busy and I almost never take my reading at the exact same hour/minute everyday. The kegel exercises are a nice added bonus but I do wish they were a little longer/intensive. I also love your Facebook group; the speed, knowledge, and assistance from your rep Andrea can’t be beat! She’s amazing at reading charts if you need help! Overall, I think it’s a great product! Will report back when I get that big fat positive! :hand_with_index_and_middle_fingers_crossed:

Almost perfect product - great for women who struggle with infertility

I struggled with infertility so I was really happy when I realized that I can track the progress of my fertile windows over time. It is very easy to learn to read your chard if you are irregular and cycle by cycle you can see the impact of your lifestyle and supplements on the depth and width of your fertile window. I have used this product for 6 months, conceived miscarried then scheduled 1:1 with the Dr. Levy from kegg and conceived right after again. I can't recommend this product and this company more than enough. They have taken me very seriously and responded to all my questions with few hours.
