The Calm Meditation Cushion is the smaller of the two cushions and helps to raise the hips so you can sit taller and reduce discomfort in the seat, legs, and spine as you meditate. It also boasts a convenient carry handle and a phone pocket, making it a truly modern meditation staple. Meanwhile, the Zabuton Cushion sits on the floor and adds further lift while keeping your knees, feet, and ankles snug. For convenient cleaning, the cover of each cushion can also be easily removed and machine washed.

How to Use

Layer both cushions to enhance your meditation practice.

To wash the Calm Meditation Cushion, unzip the cotton case and pour the buckwheat hulls into a bag. Machine wash the case in cold water, hang to dry, and refill with the hulls. Do not bleach.

To wash the Zabuton, remove the cover, machine wash the cover in cold water, and hang to dry. Do not bleach.
