Summer Fruit Pops

The perfect summer treat? We found it! A great alternative to sugary popsicles, these fruit pops are healthy and delicious.

Summer Fruit Pops

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • ½ handful strawberries (thinly sliced)
  • 1 handful whole blueberries
  • 4-6 popsicle sticks (depending on container size)

 

Instructions

  • Place a few strawberries and blueberries into a muffin tin or popsicle container
  • Fill up halfway with coconut water
  • Add popsicle sticks
  • Freeze for about an hour
  • Take out and layer more fruit 
  • Fill with coconut water
  • Let freeze for about 2 hours
  • Enjoy!
