Mackenzie Kear

Mackenzie advocates the benefits of mindfulness and wellness through education. She recognizes that life is not a linear process but rather a laboratory for discovering the boundless potential of the human condition. Through her practice of yoga she has observed a recurring thought, "I wish I knew then what I know now". She aims to take this teaching and give younger generations the gift of presence and inspiration.
Mackenzie is an E-RYT 500-hour yoga teacher and a 200-hour meditation teacher. She integrates this knowledge into the traditional academic classroom through her post-secondary consulting company, Future Now Lab, with the intention of invigorating the minds of students and providing them with lifelong tools to accomplish anything they set their mind to. As an act of service, she teaches and develops curriculum for Three Jewels Kids, a non-profit wellness program providing kids with tools and techniques for their physical and mental health.
