Liz Chestang is a multi-hyphenated artist and wellness facilitator originally from Cleveland, Ohio. As a professional dancer, physical wellness became a natural part of her life. Between gigs that allowed her to travel the country and world, Liz worked in fitness, and quickly discovered the need to facilitate the connection of the body to the mind and spirit. Through meditation and other mindfulness techniques, Liz has found passion and greater purpose. When she’s not sweating in the studio or getting grounded on a meditation cushion, you can find Liz writing poems, traveling to far away lands or giggling over a delicious meal with her friends.
