Danielle discovered Pilates and its therapeutic benefits when trying to resolve back pain and repetitive stress injuries during her career in financial services. As a marathoner, it helped improve her endurance, find a better connection with her breath, and achieve personal bests. She credits Pilates for helping her stay present and achieve mind-body awareness in her own personal practice and in life.
Danielle completed her 600+ hour certification through Erika Bloom Pilates Plus, received her Restorative Yoga Training at the Bhakti Center, and received additional training in Clinical Mat and Reformer through Universal Practice.
Danielle is excited to serve the Standard Dose Community as a guide to help you feel more aligned, challenged, and empowered through conscious movement.
