Choose Your Mindfulness Medium

In this session, we'll explore the different manifestations of mindfulness and the art in choosing the medium that is most appropriate for any given experience. We'll engage in a traditional mindfulness meditation practice and then enter into discussion on other forms of mindfulness, including movement and journaling, to identify the unique attributes of each one. More importantly, participants are invited to come with questions and reflections on how to best secure a meditative practice that is suited to their needs.
